01AI-first estimating for Australian builders
It reads your drawings, measures every item and prices the job on your rates. In minutes. Every number points to its drawing. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Your first quote is free. After that you pay per plan.
Example plan and figures. Your quote carries your numbers.
02How it reads your plans
Four things happen when you upload.
Architectural, structural, engineering, specs, schedules. It cross-references them before it measures anything, so a beam on the structural drawing is the same beam on the plan.
Every wall, slab, roof plane, opening and fixture, and the trades that touch them. The job as it is drawn.
Lengths, areas, volumes and counts come off the drawings themselves. Each quantity keeps the reference to the drawing it came from.
Your rate sheet is the only source of prices. Change a rate and the line reprices.
03Why it does not make things up
AI gets a bad name for inventing things. This one is built so it cannot.

Assumptions
Example quote. Yours is built from your plans and your rates.
A quantity is a measurement off a drawing, and it carries the drawing reference. There is no step where the AI guesses a number.
Every rate comes from your rate sheet. It has no price database to invent from.
If something is not in the drawings, it is written into the quote as an assumption for you to check, in plain words.
Nothing is sent until you approve it. Bring in whoever needs to sign off certain items before it goes out.
04Accuracy
A square-metre rate is an average of other jobs. This measures yours, item by item, and shows you where each number came from, so you can check the ones that matter.
Swing range for rough estimates: Buildern. Dot positions are an example.
05Secure
Plans, drawings and rates are used to price your job and for nothing else.
We do not train the AI on your documents.
In transit and at rest.
A job is visible to you and the people you bring in to approve it.
06Speed
You upload the plans. We measure every item and price it on your rates, in minutes. Takeoff hours: Buildxact, eano.
